PRP Erectile Dysfunction Treatment

Penis Enhancement

    1. Fat Grafting to the Penis  (helps with girth)
    2. Liposuction of the Pubic region (helps with length)
    3. Excision of loose skin (helps with length)
  • Platelet Rich Plasma Injections (helps with both length and girth).  PRP is the latest trend in Penile Enlargement.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Penile enhancement injections comprise the use of both platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections with immediate post injection negative pressure.

PRP injections are safe. By using your body’s platelet rich plasma (PRP), there is no risk of allergic response because it is from  your own body.

PRP has been used in medicine for decades. PRP is used in regenerative medicine for bone grafting and post orthopedic and plastic surgery reconstruction. In aesthetic surgery, it is used as a natural skin filler and skin rejuvenation. Additionally, PRP is used for hair restoration, post laser resurfacing, and G-spot injections for females.  Hospital operating rooms have had this technology for years. With technological advances, the instrumentation is now available for physician’s office.

Platelets are fragile. If the inappropriate centrifuge system is utilized, the platelet can be lysed and the growth factors released into the plasma prematurely.  PRP therapy is technique sensitive.

PRP regenerates skin, blood vessels, nerves, and growth using the stimulated platelet derived growth factors.  PRP therapy results vary because every man’s genetic potential for healing is different. However, PRP therapy has the potential to increase sensation of the penile skin, improve erection, diminish inflammatory conditions of the penis (ie Peyronies Disease), and increase length and girth by stimulation of growth factors.

Technique:

  1. A small quantity of blood is drawn from the patient’s arm.  The blood is then centrifuged with a specific sterile technique to isolate and concentrate the thrombocytes (platelets).
  2. Topical anesthetic cream is applied to the pubic region.  Then local anesthesia is injected into the pubic skin to numb the shaft of the penis.
  3. Concentrated platelets (PRP) are then injected into the corpus cavernosum  of the penis.
  4. Immediate negative pressure pump is initiated with a penis pump

Immediate pumping is necessary for the PRP to be evenly distributed within the corpus cavernosum bilaterally. If delayed, the PRP returns to general circulation within a patient’s body.  Immediate pumping produces the trauma to the platelets to activate the growth factors and cytokines. Daily pumping is necessary to produce microtearing within the corpus cavernosum continuing the growth factor stimulation.

PRP Penis injection therapy benefits may include:

  1. Improved sensation
  2. Improved appearance
  3. Improved length and width
  4. Improved nerve function
  5. Improved circulation
  6. Improved skin health

Many men report improvements within days after the procedure.

The procedure cost $2000.
